Will I be limited to how many times I can print my eBook(s)?
No. All eBooksForGuitar.com products are provided free of any Digital Rights Management (DRM). You can print your purchase as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use. You are not allowed to distribute, edit or plagarise the eBooks as they are copyrighted material.
Will I be limited to how many computers/devices I can view and store my eBook(s) on?
As above, eBooks are provided free of DRM so you can view them an store them on any device as long as it is for personal use. You are not allowed to distribute, edit or plagarise the eBooks as they are copyrighted material.
Will you keep my credit card details?
No. All credit card transactions are dealt with by major 3rd party providers such as PayPal and Payloadz.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the eBook?
Due to the nature of eBooks, returns are not possible. However, we provide some free lessons and material and summaries so you have a a good idea of what each eBook includes before you buy. Also, we price our products fairly.
When I open my eBooks I get a message about the document certification, what is this?
Although we do not add DRM to our eBooks we do include a digital certificate/signature. This certificate simply states that the eBook was authored by eBooksForGuitar.com and is date stamped as part of our copyright protection. When you open your first eBooks from us your computer will not recognise our certificate. To prevent the warning message coming up each time you open one of our eBooks simply click on "validate signature".
I have lost the eBook(s) I purchased. What can I do?
You can retrieve previously purhased items from http://payloadz.com/d1/lookup.asp. You will need to enter your email adress and last name or auction/invoice ID EXACTLY AS APPEARED ON YOUR EMAIL INVOICE. This facility is maintained by our eCommerce provider (PayLoadz) and eBooksForGuitar.com have no obligation or responsibility to maintain it. Items may be removed from sale or download without notice. We reccomend that you back up your purchases to avoid losing them.
I have downloaded my eBook(s) but cannot open them?
Please note that all eBooks are provided in Portable Document Format (pdf), which requires software to be read. Adobe Reader is available for free here.
